In this 8 minute video, Rupert explains that the “State of Bliss” that is often described as a benefit of “Enlightenment” is actually a temporary state. Depending on many variables, this perfume can fluctuate greatly in intensity creating states of joy and bliss that can come and go.
In this very simple to understand video from Rupert, he describes suffering as a messenger that lets us know each and every time we have taken ourselves to be other than what we truly are. It is a way for the mind to tell us that we are taking ourselves to be a separate self that is unhappy with a particular situation, much like a toothache is designed by the body to tell us that we need to take care of that physical problem.  Brilliant!
This is a beautiful 7 minute video clip from Rupert in which he shares the implications of “Realization” (Awakening) and what it means in our daily lives including the understanding of “Love”.
