I love Rupert’s sense of humor. He engages in such a “soft” manner, but explains things in such a way that one can’t help but “get it”. I thought this video provided an excellent description of how one’s sexual life can be approached and how to make it more satisfying. When it’s no longer about self-gratification, the mutual experience can be more meaningful, and thus more satisfying and life affirming. I also thought his commentary on the issue that each body mind behaves differently, and that however that is, it’s okay. I really appreciate all of his explanatory videos. So useful.
