Very interesting few minutes to explain that since in reality we are already completely free, there is no need for any “letting go” to take place.  Only the separate self (the mind, ego) is capable of inventing  reasons for letting go.

The separate self cannot exist without an object.
So much for Melanie Klein.
Shows the limitations of psychoanalytical psychotherapy. Psychology can only take us so far, and in fact can end up sending us in the wrong direction as this understanding can lead people to seek more solidification of the Ego?

Mhairi says:

I agree. We don’t NEED Psychology. It sends us rpundcin circles, perpetuating the Ego. It makes us think MORE.

What we NEED is just to *observe & ignore* all the mind’s activities, at least when we aren’t doing anything that requirements mind like work or learning a skill e.g. a language. The mind IS very powerful. And it has it’s uses. Everything in existence that we created came FROM our minds FIRST. However that includes things we want AND things we don’t want, both positive and negative manifestations. We DO need to learn to use our minds correctly, given the Law of Attraction and Vibration. But again Psychology, Psychiatry, and ALL Western Medicine and Health Care has this wrong: they focus on what we don’t want and the negatives, thereby getting more of the same ie it’s NEVER-ENDING/ Perpetual. The Ego constantly comes up with more & more crap/ makes up stuff. What we actually NEED is to focus on what we want, the Positives & ignore all the bad stuff.

We need to stay as AWARENESS itself. Identify as Energy (soul), not matter (body) and not the Ego (mind). It doesn’t help when Western Medicine failed to recognise the Soul for hundreds of years. Hopefully this is now changing. But it would be interesting to hear what a Doctor, trained in Pharma Drugs & only the Body (and not only that but splits the Body into systems when in fact it is a complete unit) has to say.

Much Love & Many Blessings
