In this short five minute video clip from Rupert, he expresses that “Awareness” (God, Self) says “yes” to everything which is the ultimate definition of unconditional love, however, this does not mean that there is not room for a “no” from the mind to unacceptable situations.  Wonderful message!

In this 8 minute video, Jeff Foster takes a comical look at the search for “Enlightenment” and “Living in the Moment” to show that the reason it seems so hard is because we are looking for something that we already are and a moment which already is.

In this super short four minute video, Alan explains that our ego is only a caricature of who we think we are.  In reality our ego is a sort of defect disguised as the self.  The last minute of this audio should be experienced over and over again until a full realization comes of what he is trying to say.  Brilliant!!

In this short video from Rupert, he explains that there is nothing but now and goes on to explain the unreality of time.  Further he explains that past or future can only be experienced in thought and that our true experience denies the validity of time other than as a very valuable “Concept” for practical purposes only. However, to believe in it as REAL is a mistake that can cause us a ton of unhappiness and suffering.

In this 9 minute video, we find 57 quotes from Nisargadatta Maharaj which points to his core teachings.  Nothing is needed other than the simple truths revealed in these quotes to reach the highest knowledge and understanding of who we truly are.  You may need to keep the “pause” button handy as some of these quotes change a bit too fast 🙂

In this short 6 minute video clip from Jac O’Keeffe, she explains that there is no such thing as your thoughts and my thoughts because there is no you and no me.  The belief in the concept that there is a separate you and me is the very first step into ignorance from which all other false thoughts and beliefs can justify their existence.

In this 10 minute video clip from Rupert Spira, he again tries to drive home the point that what you are can not be affected in any way by anything at any time.  There is nothing to do, nothing to change, nothing to transcend, it is already so.

This amazing video from Rupert is 15 minutes long and is worth every second.  He starts out helping a participant understand deep sleep and ends up revealing the reality of all states by making us realize that for our true essence called “Awareness”, these states are simply modulations creating the illusion of perceptible “states” of mind.  This video is a “Must See!”.

In this super interesting 12 minute video from Rupert Spira, he helps an audience participant take a very close look at what happens in deep sleep and whether or not consciousness comes and goes in different states of being.

In this 8 minute video from Adyashanti, he shares with us that just prior to his “realization” he began to notice that everything that appeared before him was always ending which made it much easier to see that there was only one “thing” that was never ending…

In this 8 minute video from Jeff Foster, he expresses the idea that we are always “trying to do” or “trying to get” that we often end up living in this “trying” and completely miss out on the present and what it has to offer.

This is a beautiful 7 minute video clip from Rupert in which he shares the implications of “Realization” (Awakening) and what it means in our daily lives including the understanding of “Love”.

In this short 5 minute video, Rupert speaks about a common misconception that we hear about over and over again. We are told by many teachers that we need to discipline our attention so it does not slip into thoughts, feelings or psychological thinking that creates the unpleasantness we are trying to avoid. Rupert explains here that when we do this we are creating a conflict within ourselves which actually makes things worse.  See what Rupert has to say…

This three and half minute video has 7 Life Changing Ramana Maharshi quotes.

Here you will find a well produced four minute video of quotes and wisdom from Nisargadatta Maharaj, one of the greatest modern day masters and Jnani.

In this 6 minute video, Jeff expresses that the whole movement to “live in the now” as promoted by Eckhart Tolle and others turns “Living in Now” as a goal that we should strive for.  He explains that this is mostly futile advice since in reality we ARE the now and we can be nothing other than now.  Of course, the point he is missing is that “living in the now” is about directing our “Attention” to the now instead of letting our minds drift into daydreams of the past or future, but for the most part the principles he discusses are still true and valuable.

In this short 5 minute video, Jeff uses the metaphor of the movie screen (or TV screen) to drive home the point that we are like a blank screen in which the dream of “my life” plays out.   Although this metaphor has been used extensively by Rupert Spira and others, Jeff brings us a fresh spin on it by including love into the picture.

This 7 minute clip is part 2 of 2 with Alan Watts taking a closer examination at the reality of the ego (person-hood).  He dives into it by explaining that the ego is simply a symbol, a method of tagging people, but ultimately it isn’t real. This video stands on its own, but you can watch Part 1 here:
