To be able to work with the non-dual approach, a person must have “A good strong well-adapted ego.” ~Rupert Spira.
But what if I already have had a transcendent/non-dual awareness in the past, but also have a quite serious mental health condition, and can only see any kind of help in working with the non-dual.
Are you going to deny me that opportunity?

jose says:

The mentally impaired have not always a need for mental understanding, they are mych more intuitive and will understand without mental descriptions. Who says they do not understand already much more of the non-dual living, for they have other benefits to draw from. I can relate, for my mind and ego worked fine untill i had a longterm psychosis, it was during psychoses i had destorted understanding and anlightening experiences which after this psychosis had to land within me so i could understand mentally, with the mind that which was already made clear in other ways.
