Rupert Spira Videos

In this fantastic twelve minute video, at the request of a participant, Rupert explains our true relationship with our thoughts.  He goes on to explain that once the realization of our true nature has taken place, this is when the real work begins to align our thoughts, beliefs and feelings to match the discovery that has taken place rather than letting old programming continue to be in control.

In this short five minute video clip from Rupert, he expresses that “Awareness” (God, Self) says “yes” to everything which is the ultimate definition of unconditional love, however, this does not mean that there is not room for a “no” from the mind to unacceptable situations.  Wonderful message!

In this short video from Rupert, he explains that there is nothing but now and goes on to explain the unreality of time.  Further he explains that past or future can only be experienced in thought and that our true experience denies the validity of time other than as a very valuable “Concept” for practical purposes only. However, to believe in it as REAL is a mistake that can cause us a ton of unhappiness and suffering.

In this 10 minute video clip from Rupert Spira, he again tries to drive home the point that what you are can not be affected in any way by anything at any time.  There is nothing to do, nothing to change, nothing to transcend, it is already so.

This amazing video from Rupert is 15 minutes long and is worth every second.  He starts out helping a participant understand deep sleep and ends up revealing the reality of all states by making us realize that for our true essence called “Awareness”, these states are simply modulations creating the illusion of perceptible “states” of mind.  This video is a “Must See!”.

In this super interesting 12 minute video from Rupert Spira, he helps an audience participant take a very close look at what happens in deep sleep and whether or not consciousness comes and goes in different states of being.

This is a beautiful 11 minute video clip from Rupert in which he shares the implications of “Realization” (Awakening) and what it means in our daily lives including the understanding of “Love”.

In this short 5 minute video, Rupert speaks about a common misconception that we hear about over and over again. We are told by many teachers that we need to discipline our attention so it does not slip into thoughts, feelings or psychological thinking that creates the unpleasantness we are trying to avoid. Rupert explains here that when we do this we are creating a conflict within ourselves which actually makes things worse.  See what Rupert has to say…

In this 6 minute video from Rupert, he provides us with the correct understanding to help us deal with other people’s drama, even when they try to pull us into their drama. Very useful advice indeed!

This 6 minute video from Rupert Spira seems innocent enough at first, but upon review it reveals a massive truth explaining where the saying “Using a Thorn to Remove a Thorn” came from and what it means.

In this 7 minute video, Rupert expresses that there are 3 legitimate reasons for using thought and the mind and that pretty much all other thoughts are on behalf of an illusory self.  This provides a simple guide to help us identify the times when we may be getting lost in an illusory self and return our attention back to reality.

In this 9 minute video, Rupert dives in to explaining that awareness only sees itself and therefore must transform itself into “other” in order to experience the subject/object relationship and have the ability to experience anything other than itself.  Sounds confusing, but Rupert describes the process in an understandable way….

In this 10 minute video,  Rupert takes us on the journey of creation of mind and matter.  In the process he also explains how infinite, unlimited awareness can take on the shape of limited awareness and how this creates the illusion of separateness.

In this very simple to understand video from Rupert, he describes suffering as a messenger that lets us know each and every time we have taken ourselves to be other than what we truly are. It is a way for the mind to tell us that we are taking ourselves to be a separate self that is unhappy with a particular situation, much like a toothache is designed by the body to tell us that we need to take care of that physical problem.  Brilliant!
